A retreat that lasts is built on three things: the right land, a coherent concept, and an operating model that can be run by humans. Most retreat projects fail on one of those three. We work with founders, owners, and investors to get all three right before construction begins.
What retreat development advisory covers
Site selection and feasibility. Concept and brand. Architectural and interior brief. Wellness, food, and experience programming. Operating model, staffing, and standards. Capital structure and pre-opening planning. We pull these threads into one coherent plan rather than handing the founder a stack of disconnected consultants.

Bali, particularly Ubud, Uluwatu, and the north coast. Australia. Selective projects across Southeast Asia. We do not chase retreat projects that don't suit the location.
How we engage
Feasibility engagements run three to six weeks. Full development advisory through to opening runs eighteen to thirty six months alongside the founder team. Ongoing operating advisory is offered after launch.
Cost framework
Feasibility studies start from USD 25k. Full development advisory is scoped per project. Construction and FF&E capex sits with the developer; we advise on budget realism before commitment.

Do you design and build?
No. We coordinate the design, build, and operating teams as the owner's advisor, which keeps us independent and accountable to the project rather than any single supplier.

Yes. Wellness and experience programming is a core part of the engagement, drawn from our hospitality and wellness practice.
