Ros Banksia-Smith is a globally awarded creative leader working across brand strategy, hospitality, wellness, and reimagined property. A Fellow of the Design Institute of Australia, AADA Advisory Board Member, and winner of Asia's Best Hospitality Interior Design 2024 and Asia's Best Retail Interior Design 2024, Ros brings design intelligence and commercial awareness to every engagement.

She helps shape brand positioning, guest and resident experience, and the cohesion between architecture, interiors, services, and culture. Her work is valued where hospitality, wellbeing, lifestyle, and property converge.
